Hi Bernie,   here is a little review for my recent purchase of Grundfos Pump;  runs quieter with more volume and more pressure, its run dry shutoff feature was tried out when we had our tanks emptied out and cleaned recently, restarted perfectly no problem.  KPL plumbing installation was professionally done with extra shut off taps put in so the three tanks could be separately turned off and on as required.  Over all very happy with total installation and job.

Thank you so much.  Payment made today.  Very much appreciate you sorting this for us so smoothly and so promptly.  The fire is burning so well now.  Cannot believe how much much came out from the chimney.  Will make a not to have this done before next winter as we do burn a lot of wood.  All the best.

Recently whilst overseas, I was informed by a friend that during an inspection of my land that my water storage tanks were not filling from my roof area despite the large amount of rain we’d had over the recent period. Due to these concerns, I rang Kumeu Plumbing Ltd. and spoke to Darryl McDonald explaining the problem. He immediately attended my home with one of his more experienced plumbers. Tests were carried out and the problem ascertained, they had to dig down to find the exact nature but this was immediately repaired. Further tests were then performed to prove this repair and the hole re-instated. The repair process took less than 4 hours. I can’t thank the staff at Kumeu Plumbing Ltd enough and I highly recommend them for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism.

“With a major repair required on our water tank, I followed my plumber’s recommendation and called KPL. I was impressed. I advised of the tricky location of our tank (on a steep slope) and Darryl came out to view. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. KPL worked in with my schedule and sent a team of two capable, delightful guys. The job was done professionally and the few minor problems quickly repaired. I highly recommend KPL, especially for those difficult jobs most plumbers won’t attempt. Great service, lovely to deal with and quality work.”

These guys came out when I had been trying to get a plumber for 2 months. They sorted out plumbing in a new digital pump in our pump house quickly and without drama. We couldn’t get either anyone to turn up or if they turned up they didn’t know what to do. Great service guys much appreciated.
